Will Kimbrough
Will Kimbrough is the V.P. of Operations at SERVPRO of Midwest City. As Vice President of Operations Will is responsible for the direction, health, implementation and success of our work. In this new role Will is especially focused on long-term strategy planning, day-to-day operations, national sales and relationship building, and territorial expansion through new franchise acquisition. Will comes to Team Jones with a vast amount of operation and sales experience. Prior to joining Team Jones Will spent over 19 years consulting local businesses in best practices and growth. For the last 12 years Will has worked at SERVPRO corporate as a franchise business consultant. Will consulted on the topics of production, operations, marketing, human resource management, business development, strategic planning and B2B team building. He earned his BBA in Marketing from Delta State University, and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician and Upholstery Fabric Cleaning Technician.
Mace Ward
Mace Ward is the Chief Operating Officer at SERVPRO of Midwest City. He is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, having earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management. Mace is in his 7th year with us, and proves his commitment to his customers every single day. Mace's roots run deep in Oklahoma and loves raising his family here. Every year Mace puts together the Lincoln Ward Memorial Golf Tournament - be sure and ask him about it when you run across him!
